Set from the perspective of a traveler on the NYC subway heading to the underworld of capitalism, the song possess a punchy, haunting quality that captures the dark, claustrophobic feeling of crawling through a tunnel. His crisp vocal timbre and poetic lyricism make for an engaging listen, as the experimental production by Shrimp Lips takes hold, along with an improvised poem by Seth Colon.
