NYC Garage Rockers Scum Shots Deliver Blistering New Single “Road Rash”

Formed back in 2016 by friends Ricky Vega (vocals, guitar) & Jamie Crispino (bass), Staten Island garage rock group Scum Shots gradually evolved into a four-piece with the help of Mike Sanbeg (drums) and Nick Parisi (guitar) and released their debut EP in September 2022.

Known for their intense live shows, the band refuse to compromise on their sound with their recordings, and their latest single “Road Rash” is a prime example. Influenced by the likes of FIDLAR and Waves, and the ’90s NYC punk scene, the band combine catchy guitar riffs with flashy vocal melodies and high-energy delivery.
