INTRODUCING: Toronto Indie Rock Artist Christian Turner Shares Debut Single “Nobody But You”

Toronto-based indie rock artist Christian Turner, best known for his time with Teenage Kicks, has kicked off a new era of music. Bringing along Jeff Takahashi on bass, Gavin McCleod and Mitchell Dunn on guitars, and Konrad Commisso on drums, the new project draws from ’90s grunge and alt-rock, incorporating buzzing guitars and slow-burning power-pop chorus melodies.

Influenced by the likes of The Pixies, Weezer, and Joel Plaskett, the Canadian indie rock tune is best enjoyed with a fresh perspective. “Whether it’s about a person, a substance, or an abstract love, [it] gives the listener a chance to apply it to whatever they want in their own life”, he shares.
