Indie Singer-Songwriter Dylan Dunlap Shares Post-Heartbreak Single “Right”

Indie singer-songwriter Dylan Dunlap has shared his new single “Right” via his recently launched independent label East Magnolia Records. Fitting comfortably into the alt-pop ballad side of things, his new single looks back at the feelings and effects following a break-up, and aims to find a better future for himself.

“Early last year i experienced a break-up that pushed me to learn how to take better care of myself both physically & mentally”, Dylan shares about the song. “Something about the lack of closure served as inspiration to find it on my own and write through the pain to get to the other side. In an effort to practice exercises learned in behavioural therapy, ‘Right’ expresses feelings that were vocalized to me at the time followed by feelings of mine that i didn’t know i wasn’t comfortable enough to articulate“.
