Australian Indietronica Artist Daley Road Shares Dreamy New Single “happy rain”

Australian musicians James Kelly and Hugo Lee have come together for their new project Daley Road. Now onto their third single, the pair of friends have shared “happy rain”. The meditative and ethereal release combines nature recordings, delicate vocals, and layered instrumentation (including a lush saxophone arrangement) for a soothing and inspiring listening experience.

Described by the pair as a “warm blanket on a rainy day”, the song gradually builds into a multi-dimensional peak, as the instrumentation and production nod to the likes of Bon Iver for a rustic, dreamy listen.
