Samuel Jack – Gonna Be Alright

“Gonna Be Alright” is an honest and transparent track, opening with a powerful verse of, “Forty-nine reasons to stay in bed / Who said OCD is dead? And I been praying that the meds don’t change me”. The song eventually builds into an up-beat, feel-good tune, providing an motivational and inspiring chorus of “It’s gonna be alright”.

Jack was raised on blues, soul, and Motown, and his childhood influences seep into his modern pop sound on the new single, playing with the swirling and lush textures of electro-pop. His rich vocals bring out the integrity and candidness of his lyrics, making him a force to be reckoned with as a rising pop musician.

His debut LP Empty Pockets, Crowded Hearts is set to be released on March 27th, 2020. Enjoy the single below and head to his website to pre-order your copy of his new album.
