Toronto Rising Star AJA Shares Distant Matter Remix of Hit Single “Nerve”

At just 16 years old, Toronto pop artist AJA has been collecting fans and streams since releasing her anthemic debut hit single “Nerve” earlier this year. Reworking the single is fellow Torontonian, and producer Distant Matter, turning the song into an electro-pop dance floor hit full of bass-forward confidence and swagger.

Speaking more on the collaboration, Distant Matter shared, “Making this remix was an absolute blast. AJA’s vocals have so much energy to them and being able to rework the song in a new perspective was really special. My goal with this remix was to keep the original character of the song, while adding just a touch of the Distant Matter sound.”
