Introducing: Wild Idol Make Debut With “I Gotta Thing For You”
Brooklyn-based duo Wild Idol, made up of producer Nathan Ellman-Bell and vocalist Nora Palka, have made their debut with the alt-R&B love song “I Gotta Thing For You”. Lovers first, band second, the pair have poured their relationship into their music.
Due to the COVID lockdown, Wild Idol decided to put their skills together and record music from home. The DIY approach adds a breath of fresh air, rounded out by glossy synthesizers and melodic percussion, and Palka’s sugar coated vocals as she contemplates her emotions. The slow-burning introduction gradually swells into a full-blown love affair, as their chemistry comes to light.
