Austin’s Sam Houston Welcomes In A New Era As BLK ODYSSY With New Single “Big Bad Wolf/Sober”

BLK ODYSSY, formerly known as Austin-based artist Sam Houston, has released his first piece under his new moniker with “Big Bad Wolf/Sober”. While his previous music was rooted in Americana, Houston has made the shift into the world of hip-hop on the heavy-hitting track. Dark and ferocious, the new cut splits off into two halves, as he faces his demons from within. Complementing the track’s feverish energy is a striking music video directed by Rashad White that captures Houston’s raw performance and poetic lyricism about self-hate, addiction, and failed relationships.
