Toronto Alt-Rockers Harm & Ease Share Action-Packed Music Video For “Cut Me Loose”
Toronto-based alternative rock group Harm & Ease headed to the city’s iconic El Mocambo venue for their adventurous new music video for “Cut Me Loose”. Directed by Paul Maxwell, the video follows a mysterious action hero on a wild ride through the concert.
Played by Myles Erlick (Steven Spielberg’s West Side Story, Flashpoint, The Next Step), the video’s protagonist fights his way to save his “damsel in distress”, played by real-life partner and dancer Briar Nolet. Naturally, the pair take on a mobsters and goons while the band plays their hit single.
“A two minute and forty-five second action movie. That was the goal. This song rocks you like a punch in the face and the video follows suit, using the song to score an action-packed fight scene throughout one of Canada’s most iconic music venues,” said Harm & Ease.
No holds barred, the accompanying music video is an impressive and action-packed visual that is full of Hollywood-level stunts, combat, and effects, providing an exhilarating soundtrack for a stadium-sized track.
