Swedish Indie Singer-Songwriter Orlando Hotopf Shares New Single “Growing Pains”
Stockholm-based singer-songwriter Orlando Hotopf spent a number of years as a touring musician alongside bands such as Ásgeir, Bombay Bicycle Club, Young The Giant and Grant Nicholas, whilst working as a session musician for Freyr, Linn Koch-Emmery, Archie Faulks and Kid Wave. Now, Hotopf has embarked on a solo career, and has shared his second single “Growing Pains”. With a warm folk-pop style, Hotopf’s echoing vocals add a crisp, haunting quality that falls somewhere between Frightened Rabbit and Okkervil River, as he sings about nostalgia and reflecting on simpler times.
