London, Ontario indie four-piece Anela & The Early Hours have shared their first single of 2022 with “On & Off”. Heavily influenced by the Canadian indie rock scene and ’10s indie pop, the group bring forth colourful guitar melodies and relatable lyricism. The energetic early days of Tokyo Police Club and Tegan & Sara come to mind, while feeling up to date with its bright pop production and groovy rhythm section.
