Budding with the checkered-pants world of ’90s third wave ska comes Japanese ska-punk group No Kidding. Formed back in 2006, the band has seen a handful of line-up changes while standing the test of time. While times have changed, the group’s sound is still rich with the retro sound of bands like Rancid, Reel Big Fish, and Millencolin, and their new single “Start A New Thing” is a fun and an inspiring tune packed full of energy and the days of dial-up internet.
