Alt-Pop Artist Trubbleboy Rids Himself Of Toxic People With New Single “Baby Ur Dead 2 Me”

Sam Braddy, the brain behind alt-pop project trubbleboy, has shared his new single “Baby Ur Dead 2 Me”. Embracing the dark emotions from an unstable upbringing and difficult relationships, his music quickly became a cathartic release.

“I felt a lot of isolation growing up,” he explains. “I was depressed. I kind of found refuge in music. I didn’t want to hang out with anybody. I didn’t want to make any friends.I didn’t want to really let people in. I felt like the only way I could be honest was when I was writing music. I picked up the guitar and it felt right.”

With this release, trubbleboy turns a toxic situation into a radio-ready anthem. After being back-stabbed by a friend, “Baby Ur Dead 2 Me” came to be as an outlet for his frustrations.

Catchy and cathartic, “Baby Ur Dead 2 Me” is a bridge between Paramore and The 1975. Listen below:
