Emo Songwriter Kevin Dorff Honours Past Lives With Upcoming Project ‘Silent Reply’; Shares “Just Like That”

Des Moines, Iowa born, Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter/playwright Kevin Droff has shared his latest single “Just Like That”; a piece from his upcoming seven-track project Silent Reply. An exploration of live beyond death, each track is an elegy for/about people he know that passed away between 2010 and 2015.

Influenced by the likes of ’90s emo and singer-songwriter rock, “Just Like That” focuses its strength on his vocal delivery, giving it centerstage as he reflects on the loss of a former college friend.
