Australian Indie Singer-Songwriter Ryan O’Keefe Appreciates The Beauty Of Growing Up On Latest Single “House On the Corner” From Upcoming EP
Perth, Australia-based singer-songwriter Ryan O’Keefe is set to release his upcoming EP at the end of the year. Entirely independent, the four-track release was written, recorded, produced, and mastered in his bedroom studio. A labor of love, the upcoming release confidently compacts his DIY spirit alongside candid folk lyricism. Teasing the collection, O’Keefe has shared its new title track, “House On the Corner”, as he finds a melancholic optimism about going through life.
“‘House on the Corner’ is an emotional, vocally driven track about growing up, getting older, and being thankful for the special people you meet along the way”, he shares. “Written earlier this year, the track is entirely self-recorded and self-produced in my home studio in Perth Western Australia. I’m releasing House on the Corner early as a teaser for an upcoming EP which will be coming out at the end of this year“.
Influenced by the likes of Kings of Convenience, Clairo, and Phoebe Bridgers, “House On the Corner” is a beautiful duet between Ryan and his guitar.
