Ruston Kelly Announces New LP; Shares “Rubber”
After releasing his powerful ballad “Brave” earlier this year, Nashville-based singer-songwriter/folk artist Ruston Kelly has followed up the single with another emotive and powerful tune, “Rubber”.
Kelly’s hypnotic folk guitar plucking builds the foundation on the song before his rugged yet delicate voice sweeps over the track and encompasses the listen as he sings about struggling with the hauntings of the past.
Alongside the new single is the accompanying music video, which features a one-take performance of an interpretative dance piece that is as equally raw and encompassing as the song.
As well, Kelly has announced he will be releasing his new album Shape & Destroy on August 28th.
