Heartfelt lyrics drive the song, accompanied by piano and light percussion coming together to bring the song to life in a simple but poignant way. You can hear the emotion in DeMuth’s voice, as she sings about all the liars, all the thieves, and asks for love and openness. About the message of the song, DeMuth says that it “touches on the light that’s being cast on the cracks and corruptions in our world.”

The video brings the same emotion, and puts emphasis on the lyrics through visuals that highlight the various movements and turning points we’re currently seeing unfold. As the video progresses, the lyrics flash across the screen, filled with footage of protests, political institutions and figures alongside more hopeful videos of nature, love, and life. “There’s a tension that builds throughout this video that resolves on a note of growth and rebirth,” DeMuth explains, leaving viewers with a hopeful feeling even with the emotionally charged lyrics.

A beautiful commentary on navigating through the current political and social climates, while looking for beacons of truth and hope, “All The Liars” is a strong addition to DeMuth’s releases from her upcoming album, and leaves a lasting impression on listeners and viewers.
